AI Visibility Lab provides AI-powered marketing tools including SEO/GEO audits, ad creative generation, social content creation, and business scanning. The Service operates on a credit-based system.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Credits and Billing

Free accounts receive a limited number of credits. Paid subscriptions and credit top-ups are available. Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Top-up credits do not expire. All prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you experience issues with your credits or billing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
• Create accounts using disposable email addresses or automated means
• Resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service

6. Intellectual Property

Content you generate using the Service is yours to use. AI Visibility Lab retains the right to use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the Service. You retain ownership of any business data you provide.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content is advisory in nature — you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing. We do not guarantee specific marketing outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Visibility Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
